SeaRegs Training is an MCA, SQA, RYA and Highfield approved maritime training provider delivering short courses and apprenticeships for skippers, engineers and crew.

Formed in 2010 by Directors Simon and Vicky Jinks, SeaRegs has evolved from the early days of writing safety management systems and the occasional course in a rented room to it’s present purpose built training centre at Turnchapel Wharf, Plymouth. The centre now has five classrooms including a dedicated Navigation Simulation room for ECDIS and Radar training as well as a workshop for engineering and Efficient Deck Hand training.

More recently in 2018, we were asked to become the new custodians of the long established Plymouth Sailing School and Plymouth Powerboating. We’re proud to become the 3rd owners of the school which is one the of oldest RYA recognised sailing schools still in existence, it’s roots dating back to 1957.

Moving forward to March 2020 and SeaRegs Training (London) moved in to a classroom at Trinity Buoy Wharf, E14 on the banks of the Thames, just in time for the start of Lock down. We’re very much looking forward to launching our new classroom in July 2020 with a variety of MCA and RYA courses.
