RSPH Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene


To comply with the Maritime Labour Convention, anyone with access to the galley who handles food requires a minimum of a Level 2 food safety certificate. The MCA latest guidance in MIN 559 section 3.2 states online courses are no longer accepted.

SeaRegs has approval from the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) to run the Level 2 Award in Food Safety & Hygiene. Our course is the standard course with Marinised elements.
