The STCW Crisis Management & Human Behaviour course is aimed at anyone who has responsibility for the safety of passengers in emergency situations.
The course will provide both a practical and theoretical mixture of training and would be useful for Boatmasters aiming for Passenger and Large Passenger endorsements.
This full day course will also provide you with the STCW Crowd Management certificate.
