New WBC 3 Version MCA Small Ships ECS and Bridge Watchkeeping ONLY
Description:
The MCA at the end of 2023 have revised the syllabus for the Small Ships Navigation & Radar course, it is now in two parts. This is the Part 1, 3 day Small Ships Electronic Charting System (approved) and Bridge Watchkeeping module only.
If you need the full Small Ships Navigation and Radar course over 5x days, please contact us, as the Part 2, 2-day Small Ships Radar and Meteorology module is running immediately before this course on 8-9 July. The combined course fee is £1025 inc VAT which is a reduced rate compared to booking the modules separately.
Certificates will be issued for each part of the new MCA Small Ships Navigation and Radar course which is currently the only course approved by the MCA to meet the training requirements for Electronic Chart Systems and Radar in Workboat Code 3. Both certificates are required to meet the requirements for both the Radar and Electronic Charts.
Pre-requisites: Ideally, candidates should have a little navigation knowledge before this course
